Please note the following important information:
1. Each tour is on a "first come" and "space available" basis. Also, each tour is subject to modification or cancellation if certain minimum participation is not achieved. All require advance sign up and a deposit, and for any tour changed or canceled any deposit will be refunded. Get the required application from the tour's web site or contact person and pay attention to any filing deadlines.
2. Each "Rotary only' tour gives preference to the students in the Rotary area in which the tour operates
3. Note the starting point of each tour as the cost of transportation to that starting point and from that point to either the home district or a "gateway" city for your return to your home country (if possible) is NOT included unless specified.
4. Some start/end dates are TENTATIVE. Make NO TRAVEL plans until acceptance on the trip is CONFIRMED by the tour operator and dates finalized.
5. In addition to the cost of the tour (and food cost if so noted) spending money will be needed, so plan accordingly.
PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF THE TOURS LISTED WILL REQUIRE PARENTAL PERMISSION AS WELL AS PERMISSION FROM THE STUDENT'S HOSTING DISTRICT!!!! |
